What types of payment are accepted?

We currently offer the following methods of payment;

Why do you not ship to my region or Country?

Unfortunately there are some destinations that we are unable to ship too at this moment.

 

This may be caused due to logistic difficulties with your place of residence, shipping costs and package insurance costs. If however you would like to inform if shipping could be available and at what shipping and insurance costs. Please send an email to customerservice@tushbrushes.com with the article name, quantity and delivery address including the country and the zip code. We will then inform you whether we can ship to the desired country and the estimated shipping charges.

How long after I place my order will my package ship?

Please allow 2-5 business days for orders to be processed and shipped.

Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation mail. This processing time does not apply during peak seasons including promotions and holidays. Please allow additional time for processing, shipping and delivery of your order during these peak seasons, and be aware of any delays due to customs and the carrier service that may impact delivery times.

 

Please note: Shipping times are subject to change due to card validation. TUSH reserves the right to delay shipment or cancel any order suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity.

Do you offer shipping insurance?

Yes, our registered mail delivery comes with a standard insurance up to 50,- euro’s. If you would like to have your package insured for a higher amount due to a larger order, please contact our customer service before placing your order at customerservice@tushbrushes.com

How long does it take for my package to arrive?

Please allow 2-5 business days for the order to be processed. You will receive a confirmation email with the shipping details once your package has been shipped.

How much will shipping cost?

The shipping costs depend on the destination and the total weight of the package.

 

The cost of shipping can be calculated by adding the items to your shoppig cart and proceeding to check out. Once you have reached the check out page, you can select your shipping destination and view the selection of shipping methods and the cost of shipping for each method.

Taxes and customs fees

Do I have to pay taxes or customs fees?

Within the EU
We are a Dutch company and have to charge Dutch taxes for all sales within the EU. The VAT rate is 21%. There are no customs fees within the EU. In some cases companies can be exempted from paying the VAT. Please contact pro@tushbrushes.com if your company is registered within the EU and you would like to order without VAT (this does not apply to companies within The Netherlands).

 

Rest of the world
Orders from outside the EU will be processed without taxes. However, when we send products outside the EU it is possible that your local customs office will charge you a customs/import fee. The customs fee will not be charged to TUSH nor will it be paid or reimbursed by TUSH.  We cannot tell you if or how much customs you will be charged. This depends on the rules of your country. Please contact your local customs office for estimate charges.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We are committed to providing quality products to our customers. If however you receive products from tushbrushes.com that do not meet your expectations, you can simply excercise your right to withdrawal within 14 days of receipt and return the products using our return/cancellation form for a full refund or if so desired an exchange or store credit. Please add your original receipt of purchase and the completed return/cancellation form noting the reason for your return and the desired action and send the product(s) back to us using pre-paid shipping methods. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please Note:

Only items purchased on www.tushbrushes.com will be accepted for a return. If your items were purchased at an authorized retailer, please contact that retailer to arrange for a return or exchange. Also, items purchased on tushbrushes.com cannot be returned or exchanged at retailers that sell TUSH products.

 

 

Why can my make-up brush shed?

All of our brushes are handmade. And many of our make-up brushes are made from natural hair. When natural hair is used, it is difficult to provide uniformity with regard to hair length for every strand. Therefore; shorter hairs may be bundled with longer strands which may cause some shedding. We take many steps to reduce excessive shedding and to provide the best product possible. Like handcombing each brush after production to remove any lose or shorter strands. Unfortunately it is possible that some loose hairs remain. Which can lead to some shedding in the beginning. This problem will resolve it self after some time. An additional step can be taken to minimize brush shedding by occasionally washing your brush with a mild fragrance free soap. Be careful not to get water into the top of the ferrule as this can deteriorate the glue which will cause seperation from the brush head and the handle. Do your brushes have a lifetime guarantee?

There is no lifetime guarantee policy. If your brushes are properly cared for, they should last you several years. For more information on how to care for your brushes, please follow the link to our BRUSH CARE page.

 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the purchase of your product(s) you may excercise your right to withdrawal and return your order within 14 days of receipt. See our General terms & Conditions page for further information on our return policy. If the item is defective upon receipt, please contact us at customerservice@tushbrushes.com so that we can send you a replacement.

Do you offer a discount program to industry professionals?

Thank you for your interest in TUSH!

 

We do offer a 20% discount to professional make-up artists and offer a special discount to make-up artist students. If you would like to become a member of the TUSH Professional Make-up Artist Discount Program and you are a working professional make-up artist, please contact us to see if you are eligable. Visit our page for professionals for more information.

 

The company, in its sole discretion, will determine if an artist may participate in its professional artist program. Upon receipt of materials, expect a reply within 2-4 weeks.
